One-on-one programming and technology tutoring sessions

Custom web development projects
Technical architecture consultation
Code review and optimization
Technology stack recommendations

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Respect intellectual property rights
Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
Attend scheduled tutoring sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
Provide necessary materials and information for consulting projects

4. Payment Terms

Tutoring Services

Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement
Hourly rates are clearly displayed on our pricing page
Package deals and bulk session discounts may be available
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for refund

Consulting Services

Project pricing is based on scope and requirements
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion and approval
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tutoring Sessions

24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit toward future sessions
Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule based on availability
No-Show: Full session fee charged, no refund or rescheduling
Package Deals: Unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase

Consulting Projects

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
If you cancel before work begins, deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
Final payment refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if deliverables do not meet agreed specifications
Change requests after project approval may incur additional charges

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of EDDYMARKTECH and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Consulting Projects

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the completed work, including all custom code and designs created specifically for your project. However:

We retain the right to use project as portfolio example unless otherwise agreed
Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain under their respective licenses
Template or reusable components we create may be used in other projects

Tutoring Materials

Educational materials, code examples, and resources provided during tutoring sessions are for your personal learning use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make our best effort to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee:

That our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
That our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
That you will achieve specific learning outcomes or business results
That websites will rank #1 in search engines or achieve specific results
That third-party tools or services will remain available or compatible

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDDYMARKTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Interruption of business or loss of business information
Cost of substitute services or downtime
Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any code, business information, or personal details shared during tutoring sessions or project development will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, we ask that you keep any proprietary methodologies, teaching materials, or business information confidential.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
